MOVE: SIDE STEP-UP SQUAT

FITNESS INSIDERS ALREADY LOVE THIS MOVE FOR ITS ABILITY TO WORK A VARIETY OF MUSCLES AT ONCE. NOW LET'S INTRODUCE IT TO YOU.

Stack steps a foot high and slightly wider than shoulder width apart,grasp hand weights with an overhand grip facing the body,rest arms at sides. next, step right foot to the farthest edge of platform making room for left leg to be placed next to right. then step left foot off platform onto the ground and right leg meets it. then left leg leads onto the left edge of the step making room for right leg to pair up. a cinch, right?
do three sets of each with 30 reps total (15 rep per leg) with a 30-second rest between sets. to increase difficulty either raise platform height; add a squal to lead leg; or increase speed and number of step-ups for a cardio burst.nyahayyyyy lika nang mG exeRCise girlsssss...!!!![/b] Razz Smile
